Seared Ahi Tuna topped with Tomato Pear Chutney

Serve this with a side salad for a healthy dinner.



Ingredients:

1 Ahi Tuna steak

3 Tbs sesame oil

salt & white pepper

2 Tbs tomato pear chutney

Mache, arugula or field greens


Directions: 

Rub Ahi with a little sesame oil. 

Heat fry pan over high heat. Add sesame oil and Ahi Tuna steak. Sear on both sides for about 2-3 minutes. 

Remove and place on a bed of greens and top with tomato pear chutney.



For a quick and easy snack pour tomato pear chutney over some cream cheese and serve with crackers.
